Coding
WEB based
- A OO-Calc like for Etherpad Lite, allowing to import ODS (just a spreadsheet, etherpad based)
- Create a snake game for our website when we do a konami code
- A gitosis wsgi which should be open for anyone in the hackerspace. (already implemented in multiple places)
- A bug tracker for the hackerspace without the need of authentication. (can use redmine for this )
- something, anything, to replace otr with irc support, ie add encryption to IRC chats that works better than the actual solutions. (similar to cryptocat ? see : https://crypto.cat/)
- A simple way to search for ebooks, without falling on kinky advertising for Viagra/Pr0n. (why not making an interface to the irc bot ?)
- What about a nice pyramid app for feature list and coding night bugtracker
- It would be good to have something to manage tabs. Having a tree of tab you have open, related to the tab where you open it. Always open a side window or a top window to manage it. (Already exists for Firefox (but in chromium? yes but they sucks because chromium extension can't really modify the UI): Tree Style Tab)
- Redo an html5 canvas game, this time use MOAR item to grab. pedobear the RPG +69999 +69 yamete
- End the mini poller app, possibility to up down vote, animation and add simple question (support asynchron question adding and voting
- movie searching is really nice now, but music is such a mess, you should be able to lookup an album, find information about this album trough discogs and present all the things nicely !
- bad words counter interface in node.js, scraper in ruby, jquery interface.
Terminal based
- Create an open source app to manage our accounts (which account ?)compta
- Fix the door +1000 (but crappy on line compiler :(, maybe also seing what the gcc cross-compile toolkit can give us
- Create a bash script that hit the cff api at regular interval (the timetable won't change) (I meant update the time) to check when is the next train I can take ? (so I don't miss the bus anymore, walking home by foot really suck (not that the whore are particularly ugly or so)) NCURSES IN SCREEN
- throwable etherpad
- A pure python 3000 reimplementation of http://www.ngolde.de/w3bfukk0r.html using the requests library and argparse FTW! (oh yeahhh, add a wall of shame with all the elements you had extracted, why not doing a metasploit plugin)
- A modern etherpeg with client-server implementation. (see http://www.etherpeg.org/). Do this also for post request and display them on a wall of shame. (HAT WOLD ROCK BALLS --> C implementation on the routeur, without any library pass the packets to a )
Other interfaces
- A beautiful twisted based irc bot (we can use already existing frameworks)
- A gitg for svn cause tortoise really sucks and isn't maintained anymore (written in ruby ?)
- A way to track someone in a room (the hackerspace) and transcribe the movement with mumble stereo support. (via webcam maybe ? see
- Create a snake game for our website when we do a konami code
- Ncurses calendar with sync (really that doesn't already exist and the actual apps have like 10000000000 dependencies (NO I DON'T WANT PHONON TO CHECK MY CALENDAR THANKS !!!) ( seems like this already exist : http:/
- It would be good to have something to manage tabs. Having a tree of tab you have open, related to the tab where you open it. Always open a side window or a top window to manage it.
- palcal.sourceforge.net/ seems nice too)
- a plugin for sphinx that generate a complete project Hierarchy ?
- A python command line interface to fullsms.de HTTP API using options.py from bup
- More work on bloscpack.py command line compressor https://github.com/esc/bloscpack
- Does anyone have any interesting datasets that we could analyse with scikits.learn? (I got around 2 year of alexa ranking, don't know if that's usefull, we could also scrape sourceforge which would be pretty great, or github)
- Learn to programm with python using https://github.com/ASPP/pelita
