• frankenmac atx psu doesn't work anymore after closing uo
  • also psu is not fixed anymore, glue gun didn't work properly. will roughen the surface, clean with alcohol and then glue with locktite or 2-component epoxy
• ethernet loopback switch
• guest1 runs NFS and MPD for playing music; install Sonata to control the player

• LED matrix
  • received power supplies for the matrixes
    • one power supply died right away
    • had problems when connecting the psu gnd - with the input filter from the old switches it works; probably ground loop issue
  • will get boxes from digikey to integrate each matrix with power supply
  • mbed software part: memory is too full for the large display with 4 matrices. searching for somebody who can look at the code to imporove memory efficiency
• built atx lab supply
• next project: read the temperature of something into the PC/Nagios
