Currently everybody is responsable of everything, but nobody is responsable of something. So the communication is very hard.

The idea of a reponsible person isn't to make "Little policeman" but to know the status and report issues and ideas to the committee. The responsible person is some sort of "Project Manager".

For example: The person responsible of the cleaning, doesn't need to clean every people's garbage. But he need to check that everything is clean and ask people to do it. He may say: "Hey, can you help me to put thoses trashes outsite".

He's also responsible to have spare trash bags, etc.

Responsible people may need to be "Active members", so they have the entry key.

Roles that we need

Communication responsable

• Annonce special events on the Internet (Twitter,techup.ch,FIXME Website)
• Schedule and speak to the Press

Drink Responsable

• Order drinks
• Count the drinks money and report on the money book
• Define what kind of drinks we need
• Define the price
• Look at the fridge if all is Okay

Cleaning Responsable

• Cleaning of the Hackerspace
• Check if the trashes are empty and puting outsite
• Check if we have all that we need to clean (plastic bags for example)
• Make sute that the tables and the chaires are okay

Electronic stock responsable

• organise the electronic stock
• Make FIXME orders

Events Responsable

• Make sure that all is okay for the events (is the speaker ready)

Bibliotech responsable

• Add/delete books to the database
• Make sure that all the books are there
• Make sure that the book are not damaged

NOC

• Take care of our links to the external digital world

Sysadmin

• Take care of all FIXME core business critical systems

Services maintenance

• Wikis, Web, Bouncer, ...
