- Schedule and speak to the Press
Drink
- Order drinks
- Count the drinks money and report on the money book
- Define what kind of drinks we need
- Define the price
- Look at the fridge if all is Okay
Cleaning
- Check if the space is clean
- Remember people to clean after they use, if needed
- Check if the trashes are empty and put them outsite when necessary
- Check if we have what we need to clean (plastic bags for example)
- Make sure that the tables and the chairs are clean
- Keep the space organised

Events
