Vacuum pen for picking up small bits on the electronics table (repairs, SMD work, etc).

Goal
- Create a vacuum pen for a lowish price
- Source materials locally
Obstacle
- Some things (such as the pump itself) may be expensive locally
- We'll have to see about the sound it makes
