Set up power supply voltage before hand
If using a CH430 FTDI cable, download firmware from [this sketchy site http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_ZIP.html]
Connect arduino pro mini with this method, then select it via Tools > Board and Tools > Port in Arduino IDE
Copy the libraries in the git into Documents/Arduino/libraries
DIP switches are at 0 when they're at the middle, and 1 when they are pushed away from the numbers
