Currently everybody is responsable of everything, but nobody is responsable of something. So the communication is very hard. The idea of a reponsible person isn't to make "Little policeman" but to know the status and report issues and ideas to the committee.The responsible person is some sort of "Project Manager". For example:The person responsible of the cleaning, doesn't need to clean every people's garbage. But he need to check that everything is clean and ask people to do it. He may say: "Hey, can you help me to put thoses trashes outsite". He's also responsible to have spare trash bags, etc. Responsible people may need to be "Active members", so they have the entry key. == Roles that we need == == Communication responsable ==

* Add/delete books to the database
* Make sure that all the books are there
* Make sure that the book are not damaged
